I asked if she knows she's hurting us. But she thinks what she's doing is 'what's best'. She said that the humans here aren't our concern and that they're bad.

[She sounded like she cared, though, and Maya finds it hard not to believe it, even as much as she may think someone who cares wouldn't force you to kill- like Morgan had tried to make Pearl kill Maya.]

bad for what reason? for not listening to her? for not sitting quietly by and letting themselves be killed?

don't believe whatever the hell she said to you. people like her are never truthful about their real intentions, and they sure as hell won't say it to someone they think are lesser than them. being a god doesn't make you an exception

maybe that way she doesn't seem as pushy, you know? giving people passive gifts. then again, most gods don't try to contact people unless really necessary. ruins the whole facade and shit like that. or whatever. then you're just a regular old person
